Fever Dream

In this project, I aimed to capture the feeling of a fever dream, exploring the contrast between the unreal and the real. I drew inspiration from surrealism as an artistic movement, referencing works by artists who contributed to this style. A significant influence was David Lynch’s TV series *Twin Peaks*, which left a profound impact on me with its ambiguous scenes, portraying the battle between light and darkness, while addressing the modern issue of identity crisis. People often lose their true selves due to external expectations and internal traumas. In my exploration of these uncomfortable themes, I sought out artworks within this artistic field that resonated with me. I was particularly drawn to certain pieces, and from them, I incorporated silhouettes and compositions into my work, subtly transforming them to fit the concept.
